General Policy
Go2U.biz's general policy is to act as a provider of url tracking system.
Go2U.biz reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Client's access to any or all services provided by
Go2U.biz when Go2U.biz decides that the account has been inappropriately used.
Revocation of Go2U.biz Member Status
Your status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks, misuses of ad tracking URLs)
Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)
- SPAM - Sending unsolicited mail messages, including the sending of "junk mail" or other advertising material to individuals who did not specifically request such material, who were not previous customers or with whom the sender did not have an existing business relationship ("E-mail spam"). Go2u.Biz reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion and based on the information available (1) what constitutes spam as well as (2) what measures are necessary in response to spamming complaints.
- EACH VERIFIED SPAM COMPLAINT IS SUBJECT TO A $250 FINE (1)Your Go2u.Biz Account REMOVED (2) Assistance with any litigation resulting, example would be assisting by providing your IP Address to the litigant and our full cooperation with all State and Local Authorities (3) All Commissions will be revoked (4) You will be held responsible for any costs incurred by us due to verified spam complaint.
- Unauthorized use, or forging, of mail header information in relation to promotion of your Go2u.Biz ad tracking URL
- Your Go2u.biz Ad tracking URL is not permitted to be promoted via any type of bulk Mail advertising and/or autoresponder service. This includes sending email to any list of users via a bulk mailer, sending email from any autoresponder, any list you have purchased or harvested or any type of list that has not opted in and given DIRECT CONSENT to receive your emails
Go2U.biz forbids anyone from using our services for tracking any URLs that contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with double accounts will have them removed.
Payment Policies
Client agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Client's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis.
Go2U.biz reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payments are presently set up to be paid via PayPal.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Client unless the cancellation was caused by Clients violation of
Go2U.biz's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case. Refunds will be issued to you via PayPal.
Right To Refuse Service
Go2U.biz reserves the right to cancel service at any time to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.
Lawful Purpose
Clients that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
Go2U.biz for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Client is responsible for all use of their Client's account(s) and confidentially of password(s).
Go2U.biz will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Go2U.biz will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer.
Go2U.biz cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet.
Go2U.biz reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Client understands that Go2U.biz services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Client understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Client will be notified in advance via e-mail.
Go2U.biz shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
